"Billy's tap is one of the best places you can get food in Central IL. We are so lucky to have somewhere like this, I'd truly go crazy if Billy's wasn't around. The Bartenders are all Gems, the kitchen staff are all brilliant, all around one of the best dive joints with a menu that you'd never expect. NEVER skip the duck wontons or the sweet potato waffle fries (try the maple and mustard) I've tried damn near everything on their menu and nothing has been bad yet. It's probably good their kitchen is only open for dinner on certain days because they'd probably have to make me a spare bedroom if they were open more days for dinner. I seriously can't say more good things about this place."
